What you can expect when you order
Shipping
Shipping costs currently not included and are calculated at time of order. Shipping insurance will be included and I will provide a tracking number once the order is placed. I will ship anywhere in the United States and Europe.
Paintings will be shipped in rigid box mailers. They will be protected by glassine paper and placed in a pouch and secured between foam board and wrapped in bubble wrap for safe transit.
Deposit and Payment Terms
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your commission slot. Work begins only after the deposit is received.
The remaining balance is due upon completion, before your portrait ships. You'll receive a photo of the finished piece for approval before final payment is requested.
Payment is accepted via credit or debit card, processed securely via Stripe - international payments welcome. A payment link will be sent directly to your email for both the deposit and final balance.
Turnaround Time
Once your piece is being worked on, you can expect about a 2-week turnaround. I’m currently booking a month out.
